ServAssure NXT must be integrated with Insight Views 2.2 and above to report Connectivity Scores in Analyze Network View.

Use TenantConfig to configure Insight API URL and Insight API Password at a minimum.

You must configure the Insight API password to match the password set on the Insight View.

Refer to Table 10 in Tenant configuration for information about other Insight Views configuration values.

The full hierarchy data is exported by ServAssure NXT following a billing file upload. Customer data that is personally identifiable can be excluded from export. To exclude sensitive customer data from export, disable the Export sensitive customer info option in the TenantConfig > Billing table.
NOTE: You must enable this option to see customer data in ServAssure NXT Insight Views and ServAssure Dashboard for Alarm Central.

Refer to Table 1 in Tenant configuration for additional information about the Export sensitive customer info option.

Data can be exported from Insight Views for use with ServAssure NXT, along with data queried from cache, and retained only for a limited time. The following data is purged after 14 days:
  • Alarms
  • AlarmIssues
  • MacToAlarm
  • MacToIssue
The following tables may only be exported when they change, which may occur infrequently.
  • FiberNodeTopology
  • Fiber node hierarchy
  • DeviceTopology
Since all the above tables are interconnected, they should be purged at a similar rate.

The ServAssure NXT Cache tier nodes also need access to the Insight Views API load balancer, which balances the API running across the Spark nodes. The cache tier nodes need access to port 7443/TCP on the load balancer. Refer to Global port matrix for details.
