Confirm the following prerequisites before installing ServAssure Poller:
- The operating system and all recommended third-party packages and patches have been installed according to the requirements found in Operating system requirements and Third-party packages.
- Network time synchronization has been configured.
- Network and security requirements have been rechecked on the ServAssure Collection Manager Node servers, as described in Network considerations and Security.
