| Login to the servers running the
ServAssure NXT
Trap Receiver host using SSH.
Run the following
commands. Command: systemctl status trapreceiver | Output from this command describes whether the trapreceiver process is running, stopped, or in an unknown state. |
The Trap Receiver configuration trap-configuration.xml is included among the installed Trap Receiver files. It contains trap family definitions for supported vendor IODs, as well as configuration of trap batches before they are sent to ServAssure NXT. If additional Trap Receiver customizations are required, contact CommScope Technical Support.
