Install and configure ServAssure Collection Manager

- On your Ansible host, navigate to the docsis-platform-ansible-2.14.x.x directory.
- Use the command ansible-playbook -i
<pathInventoryFile> install-docsis-manager.yml to install
the ServAssure Collection Manager software on all hosts defined
in the Ansible Inventory group [docsis_manager].
The ServAssure Collection PlatformServAssure Collection Manager Nodes are ready.
