- Confirm that the operating system, including all recommended third-party packages and patches were installed according to the requirements found in Operating system requirements and Third-party packages.
- Confirm that you have the correct version of the ServAssure NXT/Ansible Installation package; refer to Version compatibility.
- Confirm that network time synchronization was configured.
- Confirm that DATA and COMMITLOG mount requirements have been met for Cassandra Data Node servers designated as "[cassandra_seeds]" and "[cassandra_other]" in the ServAssure NXT Inventory file.
- Confirm that the DATA mount requirement has been met for the Metrics/Alerts Server, designated as "[metrics_server]" in the ServAssure NXT Inventory file.
- Confirm that network and security requirements have been rechecked on the Data Node servers, as described in Network security considerations.
- Confirm that Ansible site configuration files have been modified to include variables and host information required for the current release; refer to Configure Ansible default files.
