- NOTE: Per the DSG specification, validity checking of this frequency value is limited as the frequency may correspond to a downstream from a different CMTS or E6000 CER.
To delete the provisioning for the set of downstream channel frequencies that are published in a DSG DCD message, use the no option.

- Number assigned to the channel list.
- index <0-4294967295>
- The index into the downstream frequency list.
- frequency <0-1000000000>
- Downstream frequency to be published in the DCD messages. This frequency must be a multiple of 62500 Hz.
