The Alarm Details window displays information regarding a specific alarm. To display the Alarm Details window:
- Double-click in the Active Window.<an alarm>

Description Properties
Alarm
The name of the alarm.
Description
Information about the alarm.
Severity
Source Information about the origins of the alarm. Model
The device type of the source of the alarm.
Created
The date and time the alarm was created.
Owner
The name of the person who is associated with (picked up) the alarm.
Last Severity
The previous severity of the alarm (if any).
IP Address
The IP address of the device which generated the alarm.
Group
The group to which the alarm belongs (if any).
Modified
The date and time when the alarm was last modified.
History and Annotations
View: History
Select to view the alarm's history, including date, time, owner (if any), and annotations. The most recent information is displayed first.
View: Annotation
Select to view any notes for the alarm.
Annotations for this alert
For notes regarding the alarm
Click Annotate to add the note.
Available functions
Annotate
Click to add a note in the Add Note window. After typing your note, click Add.
Pick/Unpick
Click Pick to acknowledge the alarm and assign you as the owner of the alarm; click UnPick to remove the acknowledge state of an alarm or to make an assigned alarm unassigned.
Refresh
Click to refresh the alarm information.
Close
Click to close the Alarm Details window.
