Performance statistics data for a full headend requires significant storage space in the SDM database. As such, the SDM allows the user to configure the number of days to store Performance Statistics in its database (1-30 days). After the specified number of days, stored statistics will be deleted from the SDM database. For larger headends, the recommendation is to leave the default value at seven days. It is recommended that users export the performance statistics data that they wish to keep for longer periods of time to an external storage location.
