When voice service is enabled, the Modem Summary table provides information on the status of the MTA portion of the cable modems. The following columns are added:
- MTA MAC Address
- MTA Provisioning Status
Possible values for the Provisioning Status include:
- pass
- inProgress
- failConfigFileError
- passWithWarnings
- passWithIncompleteParsing
- failureInternalError
- failOtherReason
- unknown
- MTA State
The MTA State contains both a description, and a color-coded icon. The color is listed in parentheses below. Possible values for the MTA State include:
- operational (green)
- waitingForSnmpSetInfo (yellow)
- waitingForTftpAddrResponse (yellow)
- waitingForConfigFile (yellow)
- unknown (gray/blank)
- MTA Voice-Enabled
Possible values: true or false.
If there is no voice service, the MTA columns are not shown, and cannot be added via the gear menu.
