The Issues tab appears for Proactive alarms only. Proactive Manager must be enabled to see Proactive alarms. The tab contains an Issues table that lists all the issues that comprise the alarm, per frequency. By default, the table is sorted by Issue Type. To view Frequency, select Show By Frequency. Frequency ranges are displayed for OFDM/A issues.
The table contains:
- Severity: The severity level at the time that the latest data is received. Severity levels are based on a configured threshold definition, and can be:
- Critical

- Major

- Minor

- Critical
- Frequency (MHz): The frequency affected by the issue. Each issue might affect more than one frequency.
Frequency appears only when Show By Frequency is selected.
- Size: The number of cable modems with an issue.
- Type: The type of issue, such as Upstream Noise or Downstream Tx Power.
If the table contains a large number of rows, a chevron appears below the table.
