  1. In the Search Channel box, enter a full or partial search term.

    The search begins as soon as you enter a character.

    A special shortcut has been added: if you enter the “@“ symbol, this will split the query and treat the first half as a CMTS search and the second half as a Channel search. Only search results that match both parts of the query will be returned.

  2. ServAssure NXT searches the monitored CMTSs and returns the following:
    • Exact matches are listed first, followed by partial matches.
  3. To view Host and Channel contexts for up to the last 10 search results:
    1. Click the Search History link next to the Search Channel box.
    2. Select a search result from the list.
    NOTE: A CMTS must be in the Network View Hierarchy to function within the Spectrum Analyzer application.
