You can use the Historical tab in Analyze Modem View to view the resets of a single cable modem. The reset of a cable modem can be used as a health indicator and as a proxy for flaps.
Navigate to Historical>Parameters>CM, and drag and drop the CM Resets parameter.
The reset graph shows the number of times a cable modem resets at the modem poll interval.
