ServAssure FieldPro desktop search

To search for modem records within ServAssure NXT on your desktop:
  1. Open the Analyze Modem View application.
  2. Enter the MAC address of the modem in the search box.

    If the MAC address matches an existing modem, the Overview tab opens.
  3. Click the FieldPro tab.
    If modem record(s) exist for the MAC address, the most recent are displayed, up to the maximum number saved (the default is 5).
  4. Click on a Record ID to see the details. Refer to ServAssure FieldPro modem record details for a description of the record contents.
