The High Rate Polling window enables you
to view status, control the polling session, and select the KPIs you want to graph.
During a High Rate Polling session, data for every KPI is collected, whether it is
graphed or not. Adding a graph plots the collected data and then updates the graph with
the results of each new poll.
NOTE: FEC,
utilization, and bitrate KPIs require two polls before data can be graphed.

You can:
- See information regarding the polled modem.
- See the Collection Status for
the cable modem and CMTS. Collection status values are:
Status Description SUCCESS All KPIs were polled PARTIAL Some, but not all KPIs were polled FAILURE The cable modem or CMTS could not be polled — No data is returned - See the time remaining in the polling session and adjust if desired, up to a maximum of 60 minutes.
