ServAssure FieldPro mobile search

To search for modem records on your mobile device:
  1. Tap the search icon on the main screen.

    The Find modem record screen opens.
  2. Enter the MAC address for the modem and tap Continue.
    If modem record(s) exist for the MAC address, the most recent are displayed, up to the maximum number saved (the default is 5). If no records are found, tap Start Over or Back to enter a different MAC address to search.
  3. Tap on a record to see the details. Refer to ServAssure FieldPro modem record details for a description of the record contents.
