Historical tab

The Historical tab provides an historical analysis of key performance indicators on the currently selected modem and any channel frequencies the modem is active on. It operates the same as Historical Graphs in Alarm Central. You can view performance between two specified times up to a maximum of two weeks.

To create an Historical Graph:
  1. Enter an entire or partial MAC address of a DOCSIS 3.1 modem in the Search field, or select a previous search.
  2. Click the MAC address for the modem you want to view.
  3. Click the Historical tab.
  4. In the Parameters tab select one of the following sub-tabs: SC-QAM, OFDM/A, CMTS, or CM to display the KPIs available to be graphed.
    Refer to Key performance indicators for definitions of KPIs shown in each sub-tab.
  5. Select the graph you want to display and drag the graph type to the graph canvas.
  6. Click the Display tab to specify graph display settings.
