Confirm upgrade prerequisites

Confirm the following prerequisites before upgrading ServAssure Collection Platform:
- The operating system and all recommended third-party packages and patches have been installed according to the requirements found in Operating system requirements.
- The correct version of the ServAssure Collection Platform/Ansible Install package is secured as described in Obtain software.
- Network time synchronization has been configured.
- Network and security requirements have been rechecked on the Data Node servers, as described in the Network considerations and Security.
- The TENANT_NAME variable in the site-vars file has been set to the desired tenant name.
- ServAssure Collection Manager and ServAssure Poller group names in the Ansible
inventory configuration file changed with release 2.5 to replace hyphens with
underscores. Verify group names in the Ansible inventory file have been updated
to 'docsis_manager' and 'docsis_poller'. NOTE: These group names are not affected by ServAssure Collection Platform product name changes that occurred in release 2.8.
