To set the RabbitMQ data directory to something other than the default (/opt/arris/rabbit) set the variable RABBITMQ_DATA_DIR to the directory name in the site_vars file. This instructs RabbitMQ to store data in the specified location.
Configure this if you expect manual queue creation with longer TTLs than the defaults. Refer to RabbitMQ nodes for details about expected disk consumption.
