The Exported Reports panel contains a Report Date/Time Stamp, and a list of XML file links that were created as a result of the Export Reports operation. These reports can be very large, so it is recommended to right-click on each link and select Save Target As (for Internet Explorer), or Save Link As (for Firefox). Left-clicking on the link causes the xml file to open per the user's system configuration.

In most cases this means that the XML file will open in a new browser window/tab. If the XML file is too large (depending on system resources), this may result in a temporary slowdown and/or freezing of the user's system. Once saved to the user's system, a spreadsheet or graphing program can be used to display the data in a user-defined format.

As shown below, the Exported Reports XML files are separated by device/path. Each XML file contains the poll report data for each selected poll group for that one device/path. The size of each XML file is displayed to the right of the XML file link.

Clicking Export Reports causes reports to be generated and displayed in the Exported Reports area below the Filter Criteria selection. As the reports are being generated, a dialog showing the percent complete is displayed. Clicking Stop Export is available. Once pressed, the export operation may take a few seconds to fully stop. Files that have already been written will still be displayed after the operation has stopped.
