In deployments of the ServAssure Collection Platform Poller where DOCSIS 3.1 PNM-related features are being used and the network being polled contains any E6000 CMTS, FTP must be enabled on the E6000 CMTS. See documentation for the E6000 CMTS for procedures on enabling FTP on the CMTS. In this deployment scenario, the ARRIS_CMTS_RX_MER_USERNAME and ARRIS_CMTS_RX_MER_PASSWORD variables should be set in the site_vars file for the environment to specify the FTP credentials to be used by the poller for retrieving PNM data from the CMTS over FTP.
