FLX Domain Manager Release 2.1 or HLX Domain Manager Release 3.0 and later is required to receive VUE alarms through Syslog and VUE metric data through the Domain Manager Telemetry Pipeline. Special configuration procedures must be performed on the FLX Domain Manager Release 2.1 or HLX Domain Manager Release 3.0 and later system to allow VUE metric data to be received in the Domain Manager Telemetry Pipeline. Additionally, the DM/VTM host, VUE VPS2 and each VUE Application Server must be date/time synchronized. Contact the CommScope Technical Assistance Center for assistance to have this configuration procedure performed.
A patch must be installed on Domain Manager HLX 3.0 to correct VUE alarm processing in the Telemetry Pipeline. Contact the CommScope TAC for assistance with this issue.
