Introduction to ServAssure NXT views

The ServAssure NXT UI has 2 primary views:

  • Global View: Shows the top 100 Outage and top 100 Proactive alarms on the monitored network.

    This view appears when you first click Alarm Central at the left of the screen. Return to the Global view by clicking Return to Top Alarms at the upper right of most screens.

  • Fiber Node View: Use for troubleshooting outages and proactive issues on the network.

    You can access this view from:

    • Search: Select an item in the search results.
    • Global view:
      1. Select an alarm in the Top Alarms table.
      2. Click to open the sub-table.
      3. Click an Inspection Point on the Info tab.

        Map View displays with the selected inspection point.

      NOTE: Depending on which modules are enabled, you will see Proactive alarms, Outage alarms, or both. Proactive Manager shows Proactive alarms, and Outage Manager shows Outage alarms.
