When the IP address is changed on the DAC, a new certificate must be obtained from the CommScope PKI work center for the DAC so that successful communication between VTM and the DAC can be maintained. Please refer to the DAC user guide to generate the Certificate Signing Request (CSR). Once generated, please email it to the CommScope Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
