Logical view is one of two topology views, along with Map view. The topology views show the topology of your HFC network and provide information about alarms and issues in a pictorial format. From these views, you can obtain information such as the location of alarms and the number of modems at a service location.
Use Logical view to see your topology as a schematic, running from the fiber node. You can rotate the schematic to see either the fiber node at the top and the other objects below or the fiber node at the left and the other objects at the right.

The schematic contains the following markings and controls:
- N (node) + depth: Amplifier depth, such as N + 0, N + 1. Dotted line indicates the distance from the fiber node.
