Upstream Spectrum analysis compatibility

CMTSs that support the docsPnmCmtsUtscCfg table can perform upstream spectrum analysis. If the CMTS firmware is too old or the CMTS does not support this table, then Upstream Spectrum Analysis does not work. The table below lists different CMTS and what functions are available.

NOTE: Version 17.12.1y is optimized for use with Upstream Spectrum, has been extensively tested, and is the recommended version. Versions 17.3.1 through 17.12.0 lack FFT enhancements added in 17.12.1x and work intermittently with Upstream Spectrum. Versions 17.3 and earlier contain known issues and are not recommended.
