The Hierarchy in the left pane depicts the monitored network from the top (organization) down to the CMTS 
and allows you to limit you focus to one or more regions, such as particular markets, areas, or hubs. You can select the regions of the network you want to view by selecting Show Alarms in the Hierarchy, which limits the alarms that appear in the Top Alarms table in the right pane.
