To prioritize alarms, you can view details about changes in state and severity in notes that are specific to each alarm. From the notes, you can move to the time at which an event occurred. You can also view comments that users have added about an alarm.
Users assigned to a group with the Alarm Notes permission can also add comments about an alarm. Users assigned to a group with the Alarm Acknowledgment permission can add comments; they can also acknowledge that an alarm has been considered and hide alarms that are not important, so they do not have to be reviewed again.
