The ServAssure NXT UI consists of 2 primary views:
- Global view: Shows the top 100 Outage and top 100 Proactive alarms on the monitored network.
- Fiber Node view: Use for troubleshooting outages and proactive issues on the network.
The Fiber Node view contains the Alarms view, Cable Modems view, Tree view, Map view, Logical view, SC-QAM view, OFDM/A view, and Historical view. PreEQ and Virtual Spectrum are optional, separately licensed applications. It also contains a Timeline that lets you view data at different points in time.
The types of alarms that appear depend on which modules are enabled. Proactive Manager shows Proactive alarms, and Outage Manager shows Outage alarms. Depending on which modules are enabled, you will see Proactive alarms, Outage alarms, or both.
