The Module Information panel provides information about the device, including:

Name | The name of the device. If no name is recorded in the host file of the SDM, the IP address of the device is displayed. |
IP Address | The device's IP address. |
Model | The device model number. |
Serial Number | The serial number of the device. |
Hardware Version | The hardware version number of the device. |
Inventory Code | The inventory code number of the device. |
Configured Firmware Version | The device firmware level indicated by the SDM. |
Device Firmware Version | The firmware level indicated by the device. |
Description | The description you assigned to the device. |
