- Severity

NXT-20832 / CS2405701157, CS2405707940
- Severity
- Minor
- First occurrence
- NXT 2.10.1
- Description
- A high number of newly detected alarms can lead to an increased rate of Solr publishing failures. These publishing failures are automatically retried and do not impact application functionality. However, they will trigger the currently configured alarm threshold for Solr failures.
- Workaround
- The Solr publishing failure alert can either be disabled or its threshold can be increased. Disabling or reconfiguring this alert does not significantly impact the detection of system-wide Solr issues, as it is one of several alerts designed to notify of serious Solr failures.

NXT-14828 / CS2205399225
- Severity
- Info
- First occurrence
- NXT 2.7.5
- Description
- A modem's upstream FEC data can be missing in ServAssure NXT Network View and Alarm Central, including historical graphs, when it is unreachable by SNMP. This can occur even if the upstream data for the modem is able to be collected from the CMTS.
- Workaround
- Use ServAssure NXT Analyze Modem View to see the modem's upstream FEC data.
