Complete Broadcast "Channels Only" created identity type

  1. Optional: Check the Configure Session IDs box to override the automatically generated DEPI session ID and manually set one.
    Manually entering DEPI session ID values allows channels created on the RxDs assigned to the "Channels Only" Service Group to align with the DEPI session IDs in transport streams that were either created in another Service Group in VTM or provided by third party DEPI MPTS encapsulators for the same DEPI multicast address.
    1. Enter a Starting Session ID in hexadecimal.
      Valid DEPI session IDs are in the range of 0x01 to 0xFFFFFFFFF
  2. Enter a Default SG IP for this service.
  3. Optional: Enter a Source IP for this service.
  4. Select a Channel Template from the pull-down.
    Channel templates must be pre-defined. For more information, refer to Channel template overview.
  5. Click Next.
Proceed to Create a Channel Plan.
