Before beginning to manage service groups with the VTM, you must add the required network elements to the VTM. Add the network elements to your VTM in the following order:
- VUE(s)
One or more VUEs should be added to the system prior to adding any RxDs. This is due to the fact that the Aux Core selection is needed during the procedure for adding RxDs.
- RxD(s)
Once the VUEs have been added, the RxDs can be added and assigned the appropriate Aux Cores.
- DAC(s)
Broadcast service groups require a DAC for receiving channel map information.
