This section contains instruction for installing the Heartbeat Notification feature for the ServAssure NXT Platform. This feature is an optional component installed on the Application/UI nodes which queries the back-end platform for basic health status and reports this status to an external system. The installation and configuration of the external system for receiving the heartbeat notification is outside the scope of this document.
