Auto Config Sync feature allows the SDM to automatically sync the configuration of a device or a group of devices with itself. SDM can perform the configuration synchronization periodically (daily) on a set of devices or on a specific device based on the trigger (Configuration Change Trap) received from that device.
This feature requires the “SDM Enhanced Capabilities” entitlement to be authorized.
- Select Configuration > Auto Configuration
Sync. The corresponding window opens.
- Enter the criteria information in the window.
- Select a specific Group or a Device Type for the Auto Configuration Sync feature. By default, the Auto Configuration Sync is applicable to All “Groups” and “Device Types.”
