Managing VUE application servers in VTM involves:
- Creating, modifying, and deleting VIPs and routes.
- Synchronizing VUE servers between VTM and VUE and resolving discrepancies.
All VUE servers and their initially configured interfaces and routes are discovered by VTM during the existing VUE system Config Sync process. The VUE system sync process is run automatically when a VUE system is added to VTM and also when you manually run the Config Sync at any time. During a VUE sync operation, existing VUE servers are added/imported into VTM with their existing network interfaces and route configuration.
VTM lets you manage VUE servers in a VUE system through the VTM UI. You can add, update, or delete VUE server interface configurations (IP addresses, VIPs, routes, and so on.).
