Perform forced failover on TS redundancy

Follow this procedure to manually initiate a failover. This will typically occur within a maintenance window.
  1. Login to Element Manager, https://<VPS #2_IP_address>:5557.
  2. Click TS REDUNDANCY on the left navigation pane.
  3. Click the ellipsis menu (More options) on the far right desired transport redundancy.
  4. Click ForceFailover from the drop-down list.
  5. Click OK to confirm the force failover to the secondary TS to primary or from secondary back to primary TS regardless of the conditions.
