Synchronize alarms

When VTM is offline or loses communication with a VUE, the alarms between the two systems can become out of sync. VTM can synchronize the Alarm with the VUE to ensure the systems have alarms in the same state..

  1. Select Monitoring > Alarms from the navigation bar.
  2. To synchronize the Alarms with the VUE, click (Sync).

    Alarm status will be synchronized back to the VUE.

  3. To check the status of a synchronization, click (Sync status).

    VTM will report back on the status of the last Sync operation with the VUE.
